Ensure trainers’ availability, prepare training materials, manage classes, plan graduations, and oversee Trainer of Trainers programs
CEDIC
Establish communication standards, manage tools efficiently, facilitate content exchanges, and preserve BCC materials on digital platforms.
Mission
Advise on evangelical missions, train disciples, manage objectives, ensure alignment, review reports, and evaluate mission outcomes.
Interconnection
Build strong partnerships within the church, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement strategies that support BCC’s vision.
Youth
Empower and mentor youth through discipleship classes. Foster spiritual growth and active participation in BCC initiatives.
