BCC Rwanda’s 10th Graduation Ceremony

Masoro, January 18th, 2025 — The beginning of 2025 marked a significant milestone as BCC Rwanda celebrated its 10th annual graduation ceremony, honoring 454 new disciples from over 40 churches. These graduates had successfully completed an intensive one-year discipleship training program, symbolizing not only their academic achievements but also their profound spiritual growth and transformation.

The event provided a meaningful platform for the graduates to share personal testimonies about their journeys through the BCC program. Many expressed how the training profoundly impacted their faith, deepened their understanding of Scripture, and transformed their character. One graduate shared her remarkable experience of being spiritually reborn during the BCC classes, recounting how she was delivered from years of struggle with drug dependence. Another graduate joyfully testified how accepting Jesus Christ not only marked the beginning of her spiritual journey but also equipped her to become a bold, confident disciple, spreading the gospel wherever she went.

The ceremony reflected BCC Rwanda’s broader mission to empower individuals with a deeper understanding of the Bible teachings while fostering a community of believers dedicated to living out Christian values. The discipleship program, rooted in BCC’s vision, equips participants to lead lives grounded in faith and dedicated service to others.

Apostle Joshua N. Masasu, the visionary leader behind BCC, delivered an encouraging keynote address in which he congratulated the graduates for their dedication and perseverance. He praised the transformative power of the program, noting that the current era is witnessing a miraculous shift, where discipleship is transcending geographical boundaries through online classes, with participants joining from diverse congregations. He emphasized that nothing can hinder the pursuit of God’s gifts for believers, and revealed that this season holds an important message to BCC testifying to the boundless reach of God’s grace to go out and impact the nations.

He further encouraged the graduates to remain steadfast in their faith, allowing the gospel truths they had learned to guide their daily lives. He spoke passionately about the essential nature of true discipleship, urging the graduates to serve as humble and passionate soldiers of the faith, exemplifying Christ’s love and truth in all that they do. “There is no greater joy than giving life in all aspects,” he affirmed.

As the ceremony drew to a close, the graduates were sent forth with prayers, blessings, and words of encouragement. They were urged to carry their newfound knowledge and faith into the world, becoming vessels of hope and transformation in their communities, and sharing the powerful lessons they had acquired during their discipleship journey.
