Gikondo, January 11th, 2025 — In a momentous start to the new year, BCC Rwanda celebrated the graduation of 307 disciples at the Evangelical Restoration Church in Gikondo. The 10th Graduation Ceremony brought together graduates from 32 churches across Kigali, marking a significant milestone in the discipleship training in Rwanda. The graduates attended discipleship classes held at ERC Gikondo, ERC Nyarugenge, ERC Nyacyonga, ERC Kimihurura, ERC Rusororo, and Winners Church.
The ceremony was not just a celebration of spiritual training accomplishment but a powerful testament to the transformative impact of BCC’s discipleship classes. Graduates shared heartfelt testimonies about how the program had profoundly influenced their personal lives, strengthened their families, and deepened their understanding of God’s word and spiritual principles. Many spoke of the renewed vigour and spiritual growth they experienced, which enabled them to serve more effectively in their churches and communities.
This event underscored the far-reaching effects of BCC’s mission to equip disciples with a robust understanding of the Bible and a commitment to living out its teachings. By nurturing individuals to become impactful leaders within their communities, BCC continues to create an environment fostering positive change that extends beyond individual lives to families, ministries, and society.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Apostle Yoshua Masasu, whose keynote address inspired and challenged the graduates. He exhorted all disciples, especially the younger ones, to master international languages as a tool to extend discipleship teachings to people in need beyond Rwanda. In his speech, Apostle Masasu highlighted the inspiring example of a Pakistani graduate who joined the program in Rwanda, showcasing the global reach and diversity of BCC’s mission.
The 10th graduation stands as a testament to the success of BCC’s discipleship program, inspiring hope and growth among participants. It reaffirms BCC Rwanda’s dedication to empowering individuals to lead lives grounded in faith and purpose, making a lasting difference in their spheres of influence.
The ceremony concluded with a powerful moment of prayer and blessing. Apostle Masasu, the BCC leadership team and other pastors in the attendance commissioned disciples to go forth and serve their communities. He urged them to engage in evangelism and bring the message of hope and salvation to those who have not yet heard the gospel, emphasizing their critical role in spreading faith and uplifting others.
