
Intercession
The Training Department takes charge of classes coordination and must ensure:
- The availability of teachers, according to categories and needs;
- Management of training programs (student registration, establishment of timetables, design of evaluations, etc.);
- The availability of teaching materials;
- Planning and organization of any event that will take place within the department: Graduation ceremonies, Online classes, The ethical aspect of teachers: who can or cannot;
- From the Training of Trainers (T.O.T).

Training
BCC’s interconnection department is responsible for:
- Serve as a facilitation framework (between different actors, communities, assemblies, entities, etc.) with a view to promoting unity and reconciliation where the need is felt;
- Organize the necessary interactions to be made with the various actors to be an ambassador of the Christian and ethical values advocated by BCC;
- Report on the various contacts with whom an approach or work will have been deemed necessary;
- A consultation and coordination committee composed of qualified and accredited persons will be set up;
- Identify the needs, the entities, for which the construction of the unit is deemed necessary and then advise on the ways and means in order to get in touch with the actors to whom BCC will be called upon to provide support
- The facilitation framework: purpose, place, conditions, duration and other practical details should be discussed beforehand between the different parties.

CEDIC
The intercession department aims to cover 24/7 in continuous prayer (unbroken chain) all the programs and needs of the organization. The department also aims to train all members of the organization in an intense prayer life. The department has the responsibility to establish prayer tours in favor of the families and the nation where the center is established. The department is called upon to train new members under the supervision of the head of department or a member designated by him:
- He is bound by the confidentiality of the subjects of prayers, by total discretion and by complete transparency vis-à-vis his peers, the head of department and/or the office.
- He is required to respect his commitment (day, hour) in the prayer chain of which he is an important link. This is why he will already be ready 15 minutes before so as not to break the chain or leave a gap, the time for the relief 15 minutes later.

Mission
The missions department of BCC aims to:
- Advising, accompanying or supervising any mission of an evangelical nature (church, specialized ministry, individual, action, etc.) member of BCC or not, who requests it;
- Train ambassadors of Christian and ethical values advocated by BCC;
- Report on the mission as many times as requested;
- Supervise, evaluate all the missions through the reports of the people sent as well as those who have benefited from the support of BCC;
- Identifying and defining the interventions on the ground or remotely (online for example), will be done in a delimited framework and agreed between the different parties in advance: objectives of the mission, duration of the mission, schedules, working conditions on site (in the event of travel), support, etc.

InterConnection
The CEDIC department is responsible for:
- Serve as a support framework for internal and external communication at BCC;
- Standardize BCC tools for information management;
- Collect and disseminate useful information to the bodies and members of BCC;
- Create different communication channels (website, Facebook page, Instagram, twitter, and other social media);
- Ensure connections to the various online exchange platforms;
- Facilitate the exchange of information among BCC members;
- Save and share materials;
- Seek, collect and disseminate Christian information as a whole inside and outside BCC;
- Archive and preserve BCC products, in addition to copyright.

Youth
The Youth department of BCC aims to:
- Advising, accompanying or supervising any mission of an evangelical nature (church, specialized ministry, individual, action, etc.) member of BCC or not, who requests it;
